What you will be able to do

Design confirmation campaigns

Select positive vs. alternative procedures, draft bilingual packets, and track non-responses without losing the trail.

Defend aging narratives

Explain disputed balances, retainage, and credit memo timing in language auditors can reuse.

Tighten cutoff testing

Link shipping evidence to AR roll-forwards and document exceptions that matter.

Govern write-offs

Build approval evidence and post-write-off monitoring that survives later review.

Six modules over five weeks

Module 1 — Mapping the receivable universe

Segment AR by risk, identify confirmation candidates, and inventory known disputes before any letter goes out.

Module 2 — Confirmation design & bilingual packets

Build positive confirmation templates for domestic and export customers; practice escalation when silence arrives.

Module 3 — Alternative procedures under refusal

Subsequent cash, shipping documents, and customer correspondence — when each is persuasive and when it is not.

Module 4 — Cutoff windows & roll-forward ties

Test late shipments, returns, and period-end credit memos that distort both revenue and AR.

Module 5 — Collectibility & write-off governance

Document allowance judgments and create write-off approval packs with monitoring hooks.

Module 6 — Evidence index & peer file review

Assemble a complete AR validation file and critique a peer’s pack against the shared checklist.

Former Big Four senior manager specializing in revenue and receivables for manufacturing and export clients across Korea. Now leads curriculum design at AutoNet Service.

Focus areas: confirmation strategy, group audit coordination, mid-market ERP evidence.

Field Confirmation Path — ₩890,000 per person

Includes six modules, peer review rounds, alumni forum access for 12 months, and seasonal office hours. Enrollment is arranged by invoice after a fit conversation — no online checkout.

Who is this course for?

Controllers, AR leads, internal auditors, and shared-service analysts who prepare or review receivable evidence for statutory or group audits.

Do I need a CPA or CIA?

No. Comfort reading ERP extracts and aging schedules is enough. Advanced accounting theory is not the focus.

What is a real limitation of this program?

We cannot replicate your live ERP environment or your external auditor’s idiosyncratic preferences. Graduates still need to adapt templates to local partner expectations and system constraints. The course also does not provide legal advice on debt collection.

Is the fee refundable?

See our Refund Policy for eligibility windows and non-refundable items such as completed live sessions.

“Module 3’s alternative procedure matrix is taped above my monitor. The peer review in week five was uneven depending on who you were paired with, but the checklist still held.”
